We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:
