At Luxe Botanica, orders are fulfilled from our distribution locations in Europe and the United States, depending on product availability.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times include both processing and shipping time.
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States (ships from New Mexico): 3–7 business days
- European Union (ships from Europe): 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International (outside EU & US): 7–14 business days
